Travel

• There is no fee for self-parking at the Hyatt Regency Orlando for event attendees.
• Although self-parking is free, SPACE IS LIMITED. Those driving are encouraged to carpool, use a ride sharing service, or take public transportation like the I-RIDE trolley if possible.
• Limited shuttle bus service between the Hyatt Regency and overflow hotels will be available.

Meals

• No meals will be provided at this year’s event. Please be prepared to either bring food to store in your in-room refrigerator or purchase meals on site.
• The Hyatt Regency has several dining options, some of which will offer a 20% discount to all attendees. You must present your Family Café name badge to receive the discount.

Accessibility

• Sign language interpreters and live captioning will be provided in general sessions.
• Sign language interpreters will also be available to interpret breakout sessions. Their office will be located in the Silver Spring II meeting room.
• Braille programs will be available at the event registration desk.
• Sensory rooms and quiet areas will be available in the conference area.
• Changing room with a cot and wastebin will be available in Silver Spring I.
• The closest urgent care facility is MD Now Urgent Care, located at 8972 Turkey Lake Rd., open from 8 AM – 8 PM daily, (407) 226-1906.
• The closest hospital is Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, located at 9400 Turkey Lake Rd., (407) 351-8500.
• If you have any special requests or needs regarding your hotel room, please be sure to inform the hotel staff prior to your arrival.
