Since 1998, The Annual Family Café has brought Floridians with all types of disabilities together for three days of information, training, and networking each June. With a great range of individual breakout sessions, a packed Exhibit Hall with dozens of vendors, and a series of special events including Keynote speakers and The Annual Summit on Disabilities, The Annual Family Café offers attendees exposure to resources on a grand scale, unprecedented access to policy-making officials, and a chance to network with other individuals with disabilities and their families.
The 29th Annual Family Cafe is set for June 18-20, 2027, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
Online registration will open on Friday, February 12th!
There is no registration fee for individuals with disabilities and their families, and limited Financial Assistance is available to cover the cost of your hotel stay at the host site, the Hyatt Regency Orlando. You can apply through the registration process, and all Financial Assistance is determined by lottery. Limit one entry per household. All requests must be received on or before April 1st.

By entering your phone number and checking the box on the registration form you agree to receive text messages regarding your registration status from The Family Cafe. Online registration will open on Friday, February 12th.
Presenters
The Family Cafe will begin soliciting presentation proposals for The 29th Annual Family Cafe in October.

Micro-Enterprises
A limited number of booth spaces will be available at no cost to small businesses that are owned and operated by individuals with disabilities.
Hotel Info
The Family Cafe’s block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Orlando will be open to reservations in the New Year.

Agenda and Event Program
The agenda and event program will be available about a month before the event. In the meantime, view the 2026 event program here.
Smartphone App
The Annual Family Cafe smartphone app allows attendees to view the full agenda, updated with any changes or additions in real time, create a custom schedule, view the venue map, and find answers to common questions. We will let you know when the app is updated for 2027!
