The 28th Annual Family Cafe

With over 15,000 registrants, including individuals with disabilities of all ages, their families, and professionals, The Annual Family Café offers an opportunity to connect directly with your target audience. As an exhibitor, you will have the chance to share your products and services with attendees looking for resources to improve their lives.

Exhibit Space Details

Each exhibit space includes a 10′ x 10′ area furnished with one skirted table, two chairs, pipe and drape, electricity, Wi-Fi, and registration fees for two Booth Representatives.

Exhibitors will also receive access to marketing tools in our attendee app, including virtual booth space and lead scanning.

Vendors displaying vehicles must purchase two booth spaces per vehicle, due to fire safety regulations.

Booth assignments are subject to change by The Family Café.

Sharing, assigning, or subletting booth space is prohibited without prior approval.

A $500 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of registration; full payment is due no later than May 8. If you require payment by purchase order, please contact our office for assistance.

The registration deadline for exhibitors to be featured in the event program is May 8.
