Attend on your own or as a team—Executive Director, Staff, Board members—and learn how to tackle the challenges and seize the opportunities that are on your specific organization’s plate. That’s right—this day-long workshop blends best practice concepts with your reality through a facilitated “fishbowl” consulting technique. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to workshop your organization’s most pressing needs.

Join us for the Annual Family Café’s Pre-Conference to examine your organization’s status, understand your challenges and opportunities, plan your next steps, and leave with an action plan for moving your Family-run organization forward. Participants will use the FROM Guidebook to conduct a specific assessment of their organization and receive direct feedback and coaching.
